Dallas Cowboy RB Tony Pollard reportedly will sign a 3-year deal with the Tennessee Titans. While the full details were not made available, the deal is for 3 years at $24 million. Pollard is coming off a subpar year while the Cowboys failed to reach their teams expectations.

Pollard will help fill a big space left by the absence of RB Derrick Henry who was released by the Titans after the season was over. The signing of Pollard shows the Titans new approach offensively of a more Bengal like attack with new head coach Brian Callahan who was the offensive coordinator of the Cincinnati Bengals along with new Titans QB Will Levis.

I'll miss Derrick Henry at Tennessee, but I like the new game plan the Titans are using with the Bengal like offense that implements both pass and running attack rather than the ground and pound approach. Tony Pollard is from Memphis so he knows Tennessee and gives the Titans a back who can both catch passes by a young new QB and run the ball as well. Along with Spears in the backfield I feel good so far about Callahan's plan.
