New York Giants Star RB Saquon Barkley Is Headed To Free Agency

The New York Giants will not use their franchise tag on RB Saquon Barkley, the Tuesday deadline came and gone without the Giants upper management deciding to let Barkley go into free agency. However General Manager Joe Schoen didn't rule out the using the tag option for a second season at this years NFL scouting Combine.
